Local Authority Purchase, Renovation Loans and Affordable Housing schemes have been planned for today in Gort Community Centre from 12:00pm to 3pm and next Wednesday the 29th of April from 11:30am to 2:30pm in Portumna Court House.
We are happy to help with any questions regarding the above schemes. The loan schemes are suitable for people who have been refused a mortgage by a bank to buy a private home or people who would like to buy their Local Authority property. Staff from our Affordable Housing Scheme will also be available at the information session.
- Gort Community Centre – Wednesday the 22nd of April from 12:00 – 3:00pm.
- Portumna Court House – Wednesday the 29th of April from 11:30 am to 2:30pm
